Although we believe you will be pleased with your purchase, if after taking the product for 60 days you don’t feel a noticeable difference in your back, simply follow this quick 4-step process and receive a full refund of the product price:
- Email us at SpinePack@thespinecenter.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number as well as where to ship the bottle(s) back to.
- Place the unused portion of your most recent purchase into a box and seal it.
- Make sure you have your return address on the box and proper postage. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Drop the package off at the post office, and leave the rest to us. You should receive your refund within the next billing cycle and the refund will be credited back to the card on file.
